GM recalls 10'119 Pontiac Vibes due cold wather brake issues

Although Pontiac now is officially dead, GM still is recalling 10'119 Pontiac Vibe hatchback due cold winter brake Issues. Brake vacuum components may freeze in very low temperatures. Those 10'119 Vibes currently are registered in 19 northern states.
Vibes in warmer states are no recalled, because they are enough hot.
Toyota Matrix could be recalled too, which was built on same platform with Vibe.
