I tried these out with some cut of meat and bbq knifes (without my hand in them of course) and that they appear to really defend from the cuts.
I did not try and cut super onerous, however i believe with regards to the accidental slip of the knife, these would defend adequately.
The other bonus factor concerning these is that they do not carry any weird rubberized smell.

I have not truly tried to chop through the glove with a knife to form positive it's cut resistant. However, i provides it five stars as a result of they finally created a version of this glove that matches ladies with smaller hands. Also, their color writing plan is incredibly good. For cooks that tend to chop themselves within the room whereas slicing, this can be a requirement have.
