Nissan introduced electric car prototype called LEAF. Nissan says that this car will be on market next year, and on highway is capable to drive 100miles (160km) without refuel.
It will be powered by 24 kWh lithium ion battery pack. To fully charge the car at home, you will need only 8 hours, so it can be good daily car to ride to job, and charge at night. Motor will have 107 horsepower and 206 pound-feet of torque. The car is made to save electricity everywhere, for example LED headlights will save 10% of the electricity of conventional lamps.

300'000 cars were recalled earlier this week, but Honda recalled now total of 440'000 car's (!), including Accords, Civics and Acuras TL's. They have problems with driver-side airbag. Airbag works, but it can make injuries due defective airbag inflator. They knew about problem earlier, but decided it would be better to announce that in late year.

Mazda
says that it lost $226 million in the first quartet this year.
Automaker says that it has to cut production, cut research and cut
development spending.Mazda sales were down 45% globally, but
automaker says it have savings that will make them $100 million profit
during second half of the year. "We got off to a good start to
return profibility on an operating basis in the second half," Mazda
Chief Financial Officer Kyoshi Ozaki said at a press conference.

X-bow is angry now! Okay, maybe not angry, but more powerful for sure. Until now X-bow had 240bhp, but now it has incredible 300bhp! Incredible because it's weights almost nothing, reaching 380bhp per tonne, and doing 0-60mph time of 3.5 seconds (old one with 240bhp did it in 3.9 seconds). Good news for old x-bow owners - for just over £5,000 you will get your 300bhp.
