Subaru lately is very successful, and now it have won consecutive MOTOR TREND Sport/Utility of the Year awards. And even more - it's first automaker that win this award two consecutive years.
Subaru Forester won 2009 award, but 2010 award - Subaru Outback.

I agree the car is a great vehical, I have been dirivng it for a year now. Subaru has recognized that they missed the needs of my portion of thier market and have gone back and designed a roof top basket that allows you to add the cross bars needed to carry mor than 2 kayaks. The Subaru outback has always been a staple in the kayaking community. 30% of kayakers at the river were dirivng subaru, They have now stepped up to the plate and provided a solution which shows that subaru cares about us
